sustainable interior for the Grand Theatre

At the Wonen & Co residential fair in 2008, the Grand Theatre asked Eileen Blackmore whether House of Design could contribute to the design of a new interior for the foyer. This fitted in well with her idea to create a public space that is C2C (Cradle2Cradle) to the greatest possible extent. She wanted to show to a large audience that you can be trendy and work in a sustainable way at the same time.

House of Design involved designer Melle Koot in the project and he took on the design and construction of the sustainable interior.
